Organic semiconductors (OSCs) attract wide attention due to their excellent optoelectronic properties in organic electronics, such as organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) or organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). Among various chemical structures used in small molecular OSCs, [1]benzothieno[3,2-b]benzothiophene (BTBT) is a favorable core structure used in OFETs with high electrical performance. It is well-known that BTBT has good air stability due to the inculcation of sulfur atoms, which reduce the energy level of the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO). Further expansion of the structure of molecules by fusion with aromatic groups has been found to be very effective for improving mobility in many studies
