Organosilicon derivatives of [1]benzothieno[3,2-b][1]benzothiophene are new materials for organic electronics, which combine, in addition to high hole mobility of charge carriers, high thermal stability, air stability and excellent solubility in common organic solvents [ 1]. The presence of siloxane fragments makes it possible to obtain self-assembled monolayer organic field-effect transistors, which find their application as chemosensors of toxic gases [2] Data on the synthesis and properties of new organosilicon polymers modified with dialkyl derivatives of [1]benzothieno[3,2-b][1]benzothiophene were previously published. Polysiloxanes containing different amounts of functional hydridesilyl fragments were used as a siloxane matrix, to which 2-undecyl-11-en-7-hexyl[1]benzothieno[3,2-b][1]benzothiophene fragments were added by hydrosilylation reaction [3] . In this work, polymers with a longer terminal alkyl fragment were obtained using a similar synthesis route. The resulting polymers were studied by thermogravimetric and differential calorimetric analysis. The work was carried out with the support of the Russian Science Foundation (project No. 19-73-30028).
