Аннотация доклада:
The empirical study of self-regulation and coping means was conducted in employees with different level of professional experience and work efficiency. The present study was conducted in 520 employees with different term of employment in educational, military and service organizations. The results of cross-sectional and longitudinal studies: (1) the novices tend to activate asocial and aggressive coping behavior as a typical response to emotional communications with clients and permanent work interruptions; (2) experienced employees report about more healthy coping means that are used in strict conformity with accepted organizational rules; (3) less efficient employees interpret branch-specific innovations negatively and tend to use organizationally inappropriate models of coping behavior.
