Аннотация доклада:
Two algorithms for measuring the red blood cell mean radius and red blood cell distribution width (RDW) are proposed, based on the analysis of the diffraction pattern that occurs when a laser beam is scattered on a blood smear. Using a numerical experiment, it was shown that for blood samples close to normal, the error in measuring these parameters does not exceed 5%.
