Agricultural wastes are an attractive source of the raw materials for the chemical industry. Being environmentally friendly, they are already widely used for many purposes [1]. Rice husk thru other types of wastes attracts many researchers since of high content of the SiO2. All over the world hundreds of millions of tons of rice (490 millions tons in 2016) are produced annually, with 20% by weight from this - are a wastes (husks). The studies performed have shown that it can be a valuable source of raw materials and products - adsorbents, carriers for catalysis, nanosized high purity amorphous silicon oxide, silica, activated carbon. At the first stage the burning is important for production of water vapor or electricity. If it occur below the SiO2 crystallization point, amorphous silica can be the main product. Development of methods for it purification and conversion to different valuable products is one of the important tasks of the current research. Present work is devoted to the synthesis and characterization of the silica for a tires production and polymer industry, effective adsorbents for oil pollutions and silicon, as well as a chlorosilane as a starting materials for fine silicon production. The rest from the ash treated - is a activated carbon which is demonstrated to be promising for the electrochemical applications. Application of the different modern characterization techniques allowed to determine all the properties of materials under discussion . The main from them - specific area up to 420 m2/g and amount of functional groups - 3 silanol groups per 1 nm2 of the surface
