The dynamics of the outer electron radiation belt is dramatically variable and can be describedin terms of electron phase space density (PSD). The PSD variation can be modeled using theFokker-Planck diusion equation in terms of the radial distance, energy, and equatorial pitchangle. We present the results of the modelling performed using the Versatile Electron RadiationBelt (VERB) code. The pitch-angle, mixed, and energy diusion coecients are calculatedusing recent statistical studies of chorus and hiss waves. Wave amplitudes, wave normal angledistribution, and wave spectral density are parameterized as a functions of magnetic latitude, radial distance, and Kp-index. For our calculations we use model of plasma density that dependson the latitude. The obtained results are compared with observations from the MagEIS andREPT instruments on the Van Allen Probes spacecraft.
