Here we present simple and robust approach based on Bragg resonator properties controlled by external laser field. The basic idea is based on the high reflectivity of the Bragg grating structures of the certain type at the selected wavelengths. Then one can make an array of cavities connected with such periodical structures, providing rather high-Q coupling between a cavity and an “atom”. From another hand one can control the refractive index of the grating applying external strongly off-resonant or even static electromagnetic field. In this case one can obtain perfect transmission of the wave packet from one of the cavities to another. By switching of external field one can couple field generated in one node to another node of the network. This kind of networks can be implemented easily on the chip and scaled to 2D or even 3D structures.
