Аннотация доклада:
A modern state of Extreme networks theory is presented. The following 3 items are reviewed: (1) planar locally minimal networks with a given boundary; (2) closed locally minimal networks in surfaces of constant curvature; (3) minimal fillings of finite metric spaces. Some relations with classical Steiner problem are underlined. The presented results are obtained in collaboration with A.Tuzhilin.
