Development of social competence is a prerequisite to realize the potential of children and adolescents . Pressing question of the development of methods for studying social competence of adolescents in their management of different age groups on social practices . For measuring social competence was designed card Defect / self-esteem. On the basis of theoretical analysis model of social competence included three components: 1. Communicative competence - implementation of effective communication (both interpersonal and group) , good work with the text of any kind , knowledge and respect cultural norms and constraints. In the study because of the nature of activities of the participating adolescents emphasis on oral assessment component of communicative competence . 2 . Organizational and Leadership competence - the ability to effectively influence , influence opinions , evaluations , attitudes and behavior of the group as a whole or its individual members , to organize an effective group interaction . 3 . I - competence - reflective, spiritual component , self-awareness , understanding his personality , identity , self-regulation . Each parameter has been proposed a set of statements describing the relevant behavioral manifestations .
