The questionnaire consisted of 40 statements and was conducted after the completion of social practice - management of different ages groups during school’s tourist rally. Subjects: 82 high school students (39% boys, 61 % girls). Factor analysis with Varimax rotation and Promax allocated 3 factors: Organizational Leadership competence (23 indicators), Communicative competence (8 indicators), I - competence (9 indicators) (α Cronbach = 0,9) .Significant differences in the levels of the middle self-esteem of social competence of students of different classes were not revealed (p=0.25). Of all the manifestations of social competence adolescents above all rated: respect for others, responsibility, listening, flexibility and ability to adapt. Below all they rated the ability to find and evaluate sources of resources, put group goals and lead to their achievement, the ability to terminate ineffective group discussion. On individual manifestations of social competence significant differences between the classes were revealed: understanding each other and the ability to put yourself in his place; credibility with colleagues, maintaining and keeping the discussion focused on the goals; rationality of first reaction to social situations, their analysis, logically reasoned argument solutions, recognition of anothers thoughtful opinions. Technique can be used for studying of social competence of adolescents of different age groups. These skills need training and reflection in subsequent social practices. With appropriate adjustment of the wording technique can be used for the expert evaluation of adolescents social competence manifestations.
