Аннотация доклада:
The problem of measurement the erythrocyte deformability by laser diffractometry in a shear flow (ektacytometry) is considered. We investigate the data processing algorithms which allow for measuring the population characteristics of blood cells. Conditions for the applicability of algorithms are determined, and their stability is investigated.
