Аннотация доклада:
Establishing an accurate diagnosis in the early stages of the disease is the key to prolonging life and improving the quality of life of patients with high-grade tumors (III-IV WHO 2016). Despite the rapid development of medical technologies, imaging techniques, young specialists often face difficulties in differential diagnosis of high-grade glial tumors. In particular, difficulties arise in the differential diagnosis between brain abscesses and high grade glial tumors. Our work is devoted to this problem. The urgency of our work is due to the fact, that treatment for these pathologies is fundamentally different and incorrect diagnosis and treatment can lead to tragic outcomes for patients.
