The feasibility study with a goal to observe the change from a first order phase transition expected at low energies to a crossover one at high energies with the femtoscopy observables with the viscous hydro + cascade model vHLLE+UrQMD, was continued. The study of pion femtoscopic observables for Au-Au collisions at sNN=7.7–62.4 GeV in the energy range of the BES program at RHIC has shown that the chiral model EoS (XPT EoS), which has a crossover-type transition between QGP and hadron gas phases in the fluid phase results in a quite reasonable reproduction of the three-dimensional pion femtoscopic radii.
