Аннотация доклада:
The aim of the present study is investigation of phase equilibria in the Pd-enriched regions of the Pd–Cu–Sn and Pd–Au–Sn ternaries. The homogeneity ranges of the Pd3Sn phase with Cu3Au structure in the Pd–Cu–Sn and Pd–Au–Sn systems are different. In the Pd–Au–Sn ternary the homogeneity range of Pd3Sn-based solution does not follow the section of 25 at. % tin. Instead the raise of gold content decreases the amount of tin, so at 30 at.% of gold the phase contains only 18 at. % tin at 800°С.
