The efficiency of the boron isotopes separation process by chemical exchange with using a new mass transfer device - the horizontal rotary column was investigated. Experimental data on the effect of flow to the separation degree of boron isotopes and the mass transfer effectiveness were received. The studies were performed with the use of gaseous BF3 and complex compound of BF3 with methyl phenyl ether
