Аннотация доклада:
The influence of substituted imidazole derivatives on copper corrosion protection was investigated. 5-nitrobenzimidazole (NBI) and 4,5-dinitrobenzimidazole (DNBI) adsorption from neutral borate buffer solution was studied by XPS and elecrochemical measurements. Strong adsorption and formation of protective multi-layer surface complexes was shown, increasing of inhibitor concentration leads to suppression of anodic dissolution. The differences between these substances is discussed.
