Аннотация:We demonstrated a high level of affinity of the studied the plant secondary metabolites (PSMs) to the G4-forming sequences of the HRAS promoter. Based on these results, quercetin and kaempferol were selected for further analysis. Using the luciferase test, we showed a decrease in the level of expression from the HRAS promoter in the presence of quercetin and kaempferol. Obtained data indicate the involvement of these compounds in the stabilization of the studied G4 and explain their antitumor effects.
