This invention relates to new class of chemical compounds - derivatives of anthra[2,1-d]isothiazol-3,6,11-trione with general formula I, where A - lower alkylene , R1 and R2 (independently) - lower alkyl or R1 and R2 together with the nitrogen atom form a saturated six-membered heterocycle which may further contain a heteroatom such as an oxygen atom, and their pharmacologically acceptable salts. Preferably, this compounds inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce the number of thiol dependent enzyme activity, in particular, such as the reverse transcriptase of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV RT) and caspase-3. The present invention can be used in biochemistry , physiology, and medicine.
