Аннотация:X-ray amorphous anodic titania was proposed as nanostructured silver support of controlled roughness for preparation of composite films with an effect of surface plasmon resonance in visible spectral range for surface-enhanced Raman resonance spectroscopy (SERS). Comparison of SERS-active composites obtained via different chemical methods of silver immobilization at TiO2 semiconductor surface (photolysis of silver (I) nitrate, magnetron sputtering, thermal decomposition of silver (I) ammonium complex) showed a significant dependence of functional characteristics on chemical prehistory that had been demonstrated for model organic analytes of various spectral characteristics, namely, rhodamine 6G and methylene blue taken at low concentration of 1∙10-8 M and aliquote volume of 10 l.
