Аннотация:Frequency estimate task of a quasi harmonic signal from Radioastron satellite is considered
in application to the problem of gravitational red shift effect [1]. Generalized likely hood method applies in the deriving of some estimating - compensation algorithm of data processing using the one way and two ways communication modes with cosmic apparatus. The Doppler shift
is filtered as a slow trend of experimental data. Filtering of the ionosphere and troposphere
hindrances is carried out due to its specific frequency dispersion. Results of data processing in test runs are presented for the demonstration of practical ability to achieve the relative accuracy 0.0001 of red shift measurement during the one communication run with 20 minutes duration.
