Аннотация:The purpose of the present research was to develop methods of training and perfection of the hurdling technique basing on the rhythm-tempo structure of the running technique. The essence of the research In the course of revealing the rhythm-tempo structure there were processed the constituents of the competitive activity of female hurdle runners of various qualifications, as well as the parameters within the inter-hurdle period. Herewith there was counted the percentage of the total time of each of the constituents of hurdle distance to the total time spent for its passing in the female hurdle runners of various qualifications. It had made it possible to reveal certain preconditions of the influence of each of the various subsystems of the system on the result of competitions. The research resulted in the work-out of the methods of training and perfection of the hurdling technique, including the following items: • ·hurdle exercises influencing directly the rhythm structure of clearing hurdles that make it possible to train this complicated motor action more effectively and improve the technical aspect of sports mastership of athletes of various qualification; • ·method of selecting special exercises structurally correspondent to the elements of the basic competitive one alternating with the basic competitive one or its part in standard regimes. In hurdling it is shown while implementing special hurdle exercises in combination with running imitating rhythm image of competitive running - 3 running paces and 1 hurdle one; • ·instructional recommendations that verbally precisely characterize the optimum rhythm-tempo hurdling structure, determine power accents in their sequence and proportion with each other for each of the body segments while clearing a hurdle; • control exercises in order to follow the course of mastering each of the hurdling constituents and the process as a whole.
