Аннотация:Temperature-sensitive materials are attractive for different applications. A novel approach was used to synthesize porous pNIPAM microgels to temperature-induced biomolecule trapping. Here we studied temperature-sensitive microgels which have been prepared by templating on nanoporous CaCO3 particles. The gels possess reversible temperature response. The internal structure of the CaCO3 particles is reflected in the microgel structure. Charged and uncharged biomolecule can easily penetrate inside and be trapped and release by moderate temperature. The porous microgels may find applications in tissue engineering and drug delivery.
