Аннотация:Presents results of a study of the morphology, phase and chemical composition of clinopyroxene and chrome spinel from the early Proterozoic kimberlite pipe, Kenozero (Karelia). The clinopyroxenes are represented by diopside (Mg 84.6-93.7; Ca 44,6-49,7) containing 0.5 to 3.5 wt.% Cr2O3. About 12% of chrome spinel belong to the diamondiferous dunite-harzburgite paragenesis. Dominated by clinopyroxene and chromespinelides are lherzolite paragenesis. Among the disseminated chromespinel grains with high content of titanium.
