Аннотация:The basic properties that information should possess have been formalized, leading to the conclusion that information is a tensor quantity. Tensor approach to formalizing the notion of information allows us to take a fresh approach to building databases and implement requests that were previously impos-sible. Values for continued fractions 12 types of network structures of information systems, as well as the type and value of the continued fractions for different types of tree characteristics of survivability was calculated. Convolution values private characteristics of survivability carried out using an ap-proach based on the use of apparatus continued fractions. A mathematical model of the information system and an approach to constructing an estimate of its survivability are proposed. The problem of resource allocation between the elements of the information system based on the use of methods of the theory of fuzzy sets has been set and solved. Mathematical solution of optimal resource allocation in fuzzy conditions obtained at the level of the criterial features.
