Аннотация:The Ulitovskiy — Taylor method was used for preparation of amorphous Fe73,5Si13,5B9Nb3Cu1 microwires (Finemet) with core diameters of 19—50 microns. It has been determined that the mechanism of crystallization of the amorphous microwires is similar to the mechanism of crystallization of an amorphous ribbon. It has been established that the amorphous microwires with a core diameter up to 30 microns have bend ductility. It was found out that the near surface magnetic characteristics of microwires depend on their diameters. High sensitivity of amorphous microwires Finemet to elastic deformations of tension and torsion in an alternating electromagnetic field was discovered.
