Аннотация:Practically continuous observations of the x-ray binary 4U1700-37 were carried out over 73 days from November 1983 to January 1984 during an experiment on the Prognoz-9 artificial earth satellite. Average light curves with time resolutions of two hours were obtained in the 10 keV to 50 keV, 25 keV to 50 keV, and 50 keV to 100 keV energy ranges. The eclipse duration determined from the average light curve in the 10 keV to 50 keV energy range was approximately 12 h (approximately 0.14 of the entire period). The phase dependence of the quantities characterizing the spectral hardness of the system's radiation indicate that the form of its spectrum remains unchanged.
