- Аннотация: Ionic liquids are considered as ecologically friendly solvents for various processes of organic synthesis. These non-toxic, non-volatile, and inflammable environmentally benign materials with controllable acid-base properties show promise in catalysis, including hydrocarbon conversion, electrocatalytic reactions, and polymer synthesis. Electrocatalytic oxidative polycondensation of benzene, biphenyl, terphenyls, thiophene, and aniline was studied in ionic liquids containing an N-alkylheterocyclic cation and chloroaluminate or fluoroborate anions on Pt and glassy carbon electrodes. The polymer (oligomer) products were obtaned in ionic liquids at different conditions of synthesis. Linear polymers were obtained as products. It was shown that the degree of polymerization increases in parallel with the electrode potential. The characterization of reaction products was performed using FTIR spectroscopy.
