Аннотация:Nowadays there is paid a lot of attention to factory waste comprising aluminium oxide because of their usage allows to reduce the influence on the environment. Carbon dioxide emissions can be decrease by using aluminothermic slag and used catalysts for purification sulfur from oil products.
Ratio of aluminothermic slag and used catalysts for purification sulfur from oil products in raw stock was researched for different compositions of aluminate clinkers. As a result, in row stocks containing aluminium dioxide varies from 85% to 30% for obtaining high and low aluminate clinkers. Clinkers were making by electric-arc melting at temperature 1600 оС. There was found a difference in mineral composition under conditions fast and slow cooling aluminate melts. In case of fast cooling main phase was calcium bialuminate and high glass-like phase content. In other side, clear crystallization of all minerals calcium monoaluminate and calcium bialuminate, magnesia spinel was observed, and the main phase was calcium monoaluminate.
