Аннотация:The Moscow Region is a very dynamically developing Region of the Russia with some types
of countryside that have different trends and problems of development:
The most active growth of new construction has been observed along federal and
regional roads, both in the form of cottage settlements, and enclaves of multi-story
buildings in the countryside. On the first line from the roads there are now only old
private rural low-rise buildings with plots of land that have found themselves in very
difficult environmental conditions.
Along the railways, where the so-called old Dacha’s settlements are located primarily on
the first line from the railroad tracks, there has been replacement of the seasonal
building on the building with permanent living, poorly arranged, with two, three or more
owners and small land plots.
The so-called Workers settlements, built during the period of industrialization for workers
of large Moscow enterprises which have become the nucleus of urban life in the
countryside.
The former Military camps which were most often built in remote rural areas or on the
outskirts of cities. Since 2016, the target Program for the modernization of more than 60
of 187 former Military camps with a 152 thousand people has been in place in the
Moscow region.
