Аннотация:There are presented methods of approximation of original data (for example results of measuring) by the A*exp(-(x-c)^2/(a(x-c)+2b^2)) form. Usability and efficiency of the methods are determined quality and type of the presentation of the data independently of whether they can have probabilistic interpretation or not. The cases of low-quality data (poor statistics, truncated data, or incomplete data with “holes”) are considered. The case of function, which errors have asymmetric distribution, is examined. Approximation of the errors is discussed, the adequate example is considered. The technology of practical using of the methods is reduced to usual procedures with normal distribution operating.
