- Аннотация: QDs are fluorophores with high quantum yield and exclusive photostability. This suggests QDs applications for multi-color staining and detection during long time in live cells. However, big size of QD and multiple binding sites for a ligand (quasi-multivalency) could affect intracellular behavior of QD-labelled ligand. We analysed in detail effect of QD implication as label for EGF on EGF-receptor endocytosis.
