However, the experimental data on thrombin generation dynamics and fibrin formation demonstrate significant variations between models involved. Our goal was to analyze the spatio-temporal aspects of primary thrombin generation followed arterial wall injury using in silico approaches and explain the differences in the kinetics of thrombin and fibrin formation described in the literature
