- Аннотация: Authors consider the problems of FDI attraction aiming at reindustrialization and better export performance in real sector of Serbian economy. Macroeconomic imbalances influence the dynamics and structure of investment inflow, in particular greenfield and brownfield FDI, and indirectly affect the stability of domestic companies involved in trade operations. The branch structure of Serbian export tends to transform in compliance with the changes in structure of accumulated FDI; there are encouraging signs of new propulsive industries formation which indicate the looming prospect of gradual reindustrialization.
