Аннотация:The dielectric properties and phase transitions are studied for multilayered ferroelectric Langmuir-Blodgett films based on vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene copolymers with different compositions (75:25, 60:40, and 55:45). All tested films 50-150 Å thick display ferroelectric properties. The ferroelectric-paraelectric phase transition takes place at higher temperatures in comparison with bulk films. A temperature hysteresis corresponding to the first-order phase transition is observed. The experimental temperature dependences of the reciprocal dielectric constant show agreement with the Curie-Weiss law. The Curie-Weiss constants and the Landau coefficients are determined in accordance with the Landau-Ginzburg phenomenological theory.
