- Аннотация: Motivation system in adolescent and youth age (students of the 9th and 11th forms) was studied on the basis of an integrated approach and a comparative analysis of emotional attitude and a deliberate preference of values (those general and educational). It was shown, that the significance and accessibility of analyzed groups of values are largely determined by a dominant motivation. Besides, a tendency was found out of contraposition of a conscious and emotional attitude to values, – the values, which are highly attractive in the motivation-and-emotional plane, on the level of conscience are underestimated, as compared with other ones. Besides, there were also revealed some gender features of value orientations, related to the outstripping development of girls, as compared to boys of the same age. It was found out that vision of the future for older teens has certain specifics depending on the type of dominant motivation. On the basis of gender was studied the relationship of parameters of motivation (motivation profile) and control locus (profile on the types of social situations), and self-attitude parameters. For the entire selection there was discovered a correlation of general internality with training and learning motivation and motivation of social responsibility, whereas internality in the area of family relations correlated with motivation of affiliation. For girls with training and learning motivation further relationship with internality in the area of family relations was found, and for boys with training and learning motivation - internality in the field of achievement and production (learning). For the whole selection (girls and boys separately) a correlation between motivation of social responsibility with openness, integrity and internal criticality in self-attitude was detected.
