- Аннотация: One of the latest initiatives of the government innovation policy is the proposal for state-owned companies concerning the formation of innovation development programs. The ultimate goal of these programs is to increase the efficiency of state-owned companies and the demand for their products. In particular, state companies can use different mechanisms for the improvement of their innovation development and to increase the share of output of innovative products in the total output. Among these mechanisms we distinguish technology platforms, clusters, venture funds, cooperation with universities etc.
