Аннотация:A highly sensitive method for determination of Cd, Co, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn, and V in natural waters that includes flow concentration and "on-line" atomic emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma (ICP) is described. Metals are sorbed on microcolumns with DETATA sorbent and desorbed to the detector of a spectrometer using a flow-injection unit. Concentration for 1 min provides lowering of detection limits for metals by a factor of 10 - 20 compared to direct atomic emission determination with ICP. The relative standard deviation of determination of metals by the method suggested is 0.02 - 0.06 at concentrations of 1 - 10 mu g/liter. Determination of metals in liver water and seawater is tested for correctness by the introduced - found method.
