Аннотация:The biological activity of fibre materials modified by crosslinking of a polymeric antimicrobial-protease C polyelectrolyte complex is determined by the supramolecular structure of a spun adhesive compound which is a function of the composition of the polymer composition. As a result of immobilization of the polyethylenimine and protease C complex with glutaraldehyde, regardless of the type of fibre support, an extended adhesive phase is formed on its surface, which guarantees a high level of enzyme activity in the modified material and antimicrobial protection in the contact zone with the material.
