Аннотация:Saccadic eye-movements are an adequate model for studying the brain mechanisms of cognitive control. The psychophysiology paradigm «double step», «Go/no go» and «Go/no go delay» were used in 59 healthy subjects. The error numbers, saccadic latency, parameters and topography of averaged ERP from 24 EEG points were analyzed. The data comparison in different paradigms showed that P100, P200 and P300 ERP components to the signal stimuli can be considered as the markers of the attention, stimulus evaluation, decision-making, and inhibition processes, that depended on the individual saccade latency. The mechanisms of saccade programming and inhibition was supposed to be reflected in the pattern of fronto-parietal neuronal networks activation with predominance of the fronto-central areas as leading in the executive function. The behavioral and ERP data have revealed the interrelation of attention and inhibition processes in the saccadic programming and saccadic cancellation in the employed paradigm. The study allows us to suppose the existence of various types of inhibition, depending on the stage and form of saccadic behavior.
