- Аннотация: The results are analyzed of measuring the HZE ion fluxes in the Earth’s magnetosphere inside inaccessible for the fully-ionized particle penetration. The data are analyzed in terms of Galactic, Solar and Anomalous Cosmic Ray models, and the model for particle penetration to the near-earth orbits, with due allows for depression of disturbed geomagnetic field. The experimental data are discriminated, that fall outside the conventional concepts of Solar, Anomalous and Galactic Cosmic Ray charge state. Approachability is discussed for some new particle sources or acceleration mechanisms to be used, in explaining measurement data.
