Аннотация:Abstract
Gum Nebula is the largest, also the closed of the surrounding nebula; in fact it is an extansion of the Local interstellar medium. Here, the nebula adjoins the region free of the passing-by matter blown out by the stellar wind of Scorpius-Centaurus association. Besides, Gum Nebula is closely related to the XYZ Vela supernova remnant and the pulsar in it. Thus, the structural formation of an ionized component in Gum nebula is due to processes of interaction between the stellar wind, the envelope expansion and the pulsar activity. In the work is considered a common picture of ionization source distribution in the nebula is compared with results of examining it, by making it "translucent" with those of observational data. Based upon observations of pulsars being just beyond Gum Nebula and making it "translusent", a map is consructed of dispersion measure distribution. The map constructed displays the character of electron density distribution in the nebula and its surroundings. From "oscillation" investigational results of the sample the estimations can be obtained of extensions of interstellar medium electron density inhomogeneities in the medium and around it. Investigational results show that Gum Nebula is one of the most remarkable regions in the Galaxy being the most complex in structure and having a higher electron density magnitude.
