Аннотация:The interaction of different forms of silicon oxyhydride with iron pentacarbonyl, dicobalt octacarbonyl, and chromium hexacarbonyl is investigated. Hydrogen and carbon monoxide evolve in the course of the reaction, and hydride groups of silicon oxyhydride are replaced by silyl metal carbonyl species. Conversion of Si-H bonds does not exceed 12 mol %. Thermal reaction of iron pentacarbonyl with silicon oxyhydride xerogel leads to the formation of a diamagnetic product with a magnetic susceptibility of -2.1 x 10(-9) m(3)/kg. The thermal and photoreactions carried out in succession give a polymetallic system in which 34% of the iran atoms are ferromagnetically ordered. The resulting material retains high porosity (0.45 m(2)/kg). The ferromagnetic properties become more pronounced as the temperature of the thermal reaction grows.
