Аннотация:Data are presented on concentrations of 137Cs and its organic compounds in soil solutions of forest, meadow, and bog biogeocenoses. The effects of the time factor and physicochemical nature of radioactive fallout on the content of 137Cs in soil solutions are discussed. It is shown that concentrations of this radionuclide in the liquid phase of soils range from n 10–4 to several percent. A significant part of radiocesium (34–97%) is bound in the soil with several fractions of organic matter, whose molecular weights vary from 350–500 to 18 000 and more.
