Аннотация:he kinetics of cesium sorption from soil solutions by natural and modified aluminosilicates (clinoptilolite and glauconite) was studied considering cesium speciation in the solution. It was shown that the percentage of radiocesium colloidal forms in the soil solution reached up to 96 %. Nevertheless, the presence of colloidal forms of cesium did not limit the process of cesium sorption due to low stability of these forms. Diffusion of cesium in pores with various size limited cesium sorption. Diffusion coefficients of cesium were nearly ∼10-12 m2/s for all sorbents. Mechanism of cesium sorption and kinetic characteristics of the sorbents were the same in fresh waters and soil solutions
