Аннотация:The contributions of effects of finite matter density to the energy shift and anomalous magnetic moment of an electron in a degenerate electron gas in a constant magnetic field are calculated. Asymptotic expressions for the above quantities are obtained in the limiting cases of strong and weak magnetic fields. The results are compared with results of other works in which effects of external fields were not considered.
