Аннотация:The attributive functions of Hindi resultative perfect participles (pp) in contexts "NP1 - pp - NP2" have been analyzed. The limitations on usage of the intransitive pps in contexts defined are associated with the relation of 'possessivity'. Cases of the transitive pps used in the described type of contexts are not very rare, and the head-NP may be subject, direct object (rarely) or indirect object. The semantic constraints on pps are investigated and planned to be explicitly formulated at my talk at the Conference.
