Аннотация:Разработан и апробирован новый метод объективной оценки адаптивности человека к новизне условий выполнения сенсомоторной деятельности. Показано, что новизна вызывает рассогласование, выраженное ориентировочно-исследовательское поведение и реорганизацию последующей программы действий.
An actual study of the impact of human activity and its psycho-physiological state in a constantly and rapidly changing external conditions. The problem of adaptation to novelty is inextricably linked to the study of learning process and memory, attention, orienting-exploratory behavior (OEB). In this context, the aim of the work - to analyze individual-typological features of changes of performance indicators and variability of heart rate (HRV) during human adaptation to new conditions of sensori-motor activity. Subjects (20 men) for 5 series (on 10 attempts in each group) were trained to perform visual-motor test «Shooter» under standard conditions, followed by a 6-series when the target in the central sector disappeared from the sight and hit of the hidden target was rewarded by increase scoring. The study showed that the overall efficiency is reduced in 67% of the subjects, and increases in - 33%. At the same time 90% of the subjects prefer to shoot in the central sector of the hidden target, which may indicative of their high level of claims. Novelty factor is expressed by the OEB in 14% of the subjects in the form of a complete pass of the first act of shooting, indicating that the process of the error in their activities. Thus, this stage of the study suggests that the achievement of the results in a sudden change in operating conditions causes stress in the various sub-systems of adaptive regulatory mechanisms, which may depend on genetic and acquired features of individual subjects
