Аннотация:An alternative explanation of the anomalies present during hadron absorption in lead and observed at an energy of approximately tens of TeV in deep lead x-ray emulsion chambers in the Pamir experiment is presented [1,2]. The hypothesis that high-energy muons with energies >100 TeV are present in the atmosphere and can be the origin of the additional cascades detected at a large depth of lead, which was proposed in [3], is tested.
