- Аннотация: Morphology of Pyramicocephalus phocarum (Cestoda: Diphyllobothriidea) parasite of codfish. Mustafina A., Biserova N. Moscow State University, 119234, Moscow, Russia. Summary. Plerocercoids of Pyramicocephalus phocarum is parasite of codfish from White sea. In our study plerocercoids of P. phocarum were studied by transmission, scanning electron and confocal laser microscopy. We studied structural elements of tegument, muscular and excretory system. Also ultrastucture of calcareous bodies, protonephridia and sensory organss associated with tegument were described. In addition we reconstructed architecture of plerocercoird's nervous system. There is one pair of neuropils, dorsal, ventral and lateral nerves and cortical nervous plexus in the scolex. Furthermore, we described localization of neurons and its morphological structure.
