Аннотация:Double calcium/ammonium pyrophosphate monohydrate Ca(NH4)2P2O7•H2O was synthesized as a result of the interaction of calcium carbonate, an aqueous solution containingpyrophosphoric and lactic acids, and ammonia. The synthesized powder turned black after thethermal treatment in a range of 500—700 оC due to amorphous carbon, which is a product ofthe destruction of the organic nature components present in the prepared powder. After thethermal treatment at 500 оC, the powder is amorphous to X-rays. The phase composition ofthe powder after the thermal treatment at 600 оC is presented by β-calcium polyphosphateβ-Са(РО3)2, while β-calcium polyphosphate β-Са(РО3)2 and tromelite Са4Р6О19 are observedafter the thermal treatment at 700 оC. The calcium phosphate powder colored due to presenceof amorphous carbon can be used as a photocured suspension component that increases theresolution in stereolithographic printing of pre-ceramic semifi nished products with a specifi edgeometry of the pore space of calcium phosphate ceramic matrices. The synthesized powder ofdouble calcium/ammonium pyrophosphate monohydrate Ca(NH4)2P2O7•H2O can be appliedas a precursor of biocompatible phases for the fabrication of calcium phosphate ceramics usedin medicine for the treatment of bone tissue defects.Key words: ion exchange, pyrophosphoric acid, lactic acid, calcium/ammonium pyrophosphate, amorphous carbon, calcium polyphosphate, tromelite, bioceramics.
